As En Customs Brokerage Inc., we provide customs brokerage and foreign trade-related services to industrialists, manufacturers, producers, importers, and exporters. Within the scope of our Quality Management System, our policy is:

Continuously improve the services we offer to our customers, provide fast, reliable, and accurate information, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by leveraging technological and corporate infrastructure.
Evaluate and resolve customer suggestions and complaints with sensitivity.
Implement the objectives and requirements of the Integrated Management System with the participation of all our employees and continuously improve its effectiveness.
Manage all our activities based on process management and risk and opportunity approach.
Conduct all our activities in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and other requirements.
Ensure the continuity of our company philosophy that values people, the environment, and our employees.
Comply with the legal requirements, standards, and compliance obligations, as well as the current Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Minimize waste at its source, reuse and recycle whenever possible, and dispose of non-recyclable waste using appropriate methods.

Information Security Policy.

En Customs, with the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, has minimized the effects and potential risks that could threaten its information assets. To maintain confidentiality and integrity, all access points are protected throughout the entire system.

En Customs Brokerage, to fulfill the requirements of national, international, or sectoral regulations, comply with relevant legislation and standard requirements, meet contractual obligations, and ensure information security needs arising from corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders, aims to:
